Hotel
A 235-key experience, the hotel’s entrance and drop-off are located on Franklin St., which is framed by a public plaza and grand stair that serves as the development’s “front door.” Access is convenient for beachgoers coming from the north who are welcomed into the development to partake of the street-level retail offerings as well as via the grand stair and plaza at the intersection of Franklin St. and Michigan Blvd.
The hotel connects to the outdoor amenity deck at the third floor, as well as direct access to an event venue and rooftop restaurant with an outdoor terrace showcasing the unparalleled views of the Harbor, Lakefront and the Michigan City.
